You realise that, although Data's poetry is indeed astoundingly bad, worse things happen at sea, and in fact, at school. With an effort for which Hercules himself would have patted you on the back, you grit your teeth and enjoy the stuff.
Man I loved that game. I still have an original copy around somewhere which still has the included peril sensitive sunglasses (they’re made of black cardboard, but they’re technically fully functional because there’s peril everywhere you look).
