When former President Donald Trump has a beef with someone, it’s almost inevitable he will call that person a “loser” or a “stone cold loser.”
Now, President Biden is turning one of his predecessor’s favorite insults against him, using his first two campaign speeches of the year to pointedly label Trump a loser.
“Losers are taught to concede when they lose,” Biden said on Monday, noting that Trump violated a basic principle of American democracy by refusing to concede the 2020 election. “And he’s a loser.”
It sounds childish, but childish insults are the only way to get under Trump’s skin because he has the emotional capacity of a toddler. Think back to 2016 when he barely even acknowledged any legitimate criticism that would have sunk any other candidate, but he sure was upset when people made fun of the size of his hands.
Biden has generally been pretty great at handling Trump, going all the way back to “will you shut up, man?” Hillary Clinton treated him too much like an adult.
He also has a 3rd grade vocabulary. The guy is a 3 letter scrabble champ. If you say anything other than “you stink”, “you’re poor”, or “you’re a loser”, he just doesn’t understand what you’re saying.
This is the guy that wanted to execute the person who leaked about him running into the bunker. He couldn’t take all the BunkerBitch memes.
I like that one comedy special that frames Biden’s debate strategy as being too oblivious to Trump’s attempts to insult him for anything to land effectively.
