      It’s Charles and Gina discussing the upcoming Boyle family vacation. The original line is “‘Tent’ singular? Charles, ‘tent’ singular??”

      Charles bringing Gina on a Boyle family vacation. Charles mentions having already rented the tent.

      Gina yells after him “tent singular?.. Charles, tent singular??”

      But they make the same joke later in the episode about the “Boyle family grave” and Gina similarly inquires “grave singular?” as a callback to the tent joke. I believe this screencap is from the grave scene, not the tent scene.
