Am I the only one who cringes when we get to Papa Sisko’s episodes?
He’s a child who throws tantrums when he doesn’t get his own way, he doesn’t respect his sons job, even when it’s for the safety of the planet.
The episode where they’re on earth and he has that massive tantrum over something even his grandson (the one he actually likes because he doesn’t want to be Starfleet) is begging him to do it.
He wasn’t wrong though. Martok was the one who demanded blood tests in the first place; but when he was introduced in Way of the Warrior, he was already a Changeling! They were never effective!

What he objects to is having blood drawn to prove he’s not a changling.
It makes an important point about bodily autonomy especially regarding the elderly.
