By all means, experiment with new forms of artistic expression. Go for it. But that was just about the least appropriate setting for it. Which, I guess, is an artistic statement in itself, which also demonstrates a complete disregard for everyone else, in the band, your spouse, and the audience.

Your “trans experience” doesn’t validate your argument, and it’s sort of goofy that you’d even include that as part of your argument.
