Healthy baked beans from scratch is an easy vegan recipe and perfect side for summer entertaining! NO SOAK (or soaked) Instant Pot + slow cooker methods.

This is my favorite vegan baked beans recipe. For extra flavor I add about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the vegan chicken bullion I just posted about. I also add the optional molasses (makes a big difference imo) and a dried Chile.
