minus-square@I_Fart_Glitterlink2•8 months agoI thought that was what “structural color from wax bloom” meant. It’s just the texture of the waxy bloom on the skin of the fruit, not any actual pigment.

Yes, it works with plums too.
When you freeze them they stop being blue.
