minus-squareivanafteralllinkfedilink6•9 months agoBecause it’s a flat screen without an appropriate stand or mount and the bottom is a smooth plastic, which, when combined with the rug, causes the TV to want to fall onto its back, thus the cinder blocks.

Why does the TV slide?
Because it’s a flat screen without an appropriate stand or mount and the bottom is a smooth plastic, which, when combined with the rug, causes the TV to want to fall onto its back, thus the cinder blocks.
