Part of being a good artist and a good viewer of art is to accept and offer feedback, feedback is how we improve. The critique was not rude and was meant to help OP improve. It is important to remember OP doesn’t have to take the feedback into consideration at all, but they did. Moreover - OP can defend their choice, why they did what they did.
Soliciting feedback from people whose opinions you respect, sure. But unsolicited comments from a stranger does seem rude to me. This op didn’t mind, maybe others might. The critic doesn’t know. But they do think their opinion is valuable, which also comes off as pompous. Maybe it was a stylistic choice, etc. They don’t know, but they think enough of themselves that they think their opinion is going to be important or useful. It’s about them, not the art or artist.
The thing about art is that it requires an audience and will elicit thought in the viewers that the artist may, or may not have intended. Maybe you’ve never been to art school, but it’s as much about critiquing and analysis as it is about practice. A critique is not a criticism. If you’re not listening to and contemplating your viewers experience and opinion you’re just jerking off with a paint brush. Which is fine, just don’t do it in public.
Perhaps you should use the power of your personality and get the mods to update the rules to say this community is only for navel gazing.
While we appreciate Al generated art, there are more appropriate communities to post that type of art to. Please keep posts to non-Al generated art only
This isn’t c/artcritique
Oh. Sorry. It’s art circle jerk?
Sorry, did my unsolicited feedback bother you in an ironic way?

All I’m saying is - you sound like a dick.

Nice talking to you.

Not at all. Do you get off on being a jerk?

Anybody that doesn’t think your opinion on a subjective matter is heavenly wisdom is a navel gazer? Yikes. Ew.
