Only came up recently with the war in Ukraine. Some female Russian officer/leader was instructing new troops/mobiks to ask relatives for tampons for bleeding because the RU military literally doesn’t have enough tourniquets everyone.
Yet another reason to not go to war
They draw up the blood.
