I love leg days. It’s the only one that really gets my heart revving. Otherwise when I do upper body it feels good, but I don’t have that feeling of lifting stupid amount of weight.
Then why not to? I’ve just saw a video from Jeff Nippard about why he’s doing full body workout instead of doing leg days, then back days, then chest, and such. Very interesting take that can make us, leg boys, have fun every day.

I’m with you. Leg day is best day. If everyday were leg day, every day could be best day.

I actually do tend to mix it up quite a bit. Squats one day, sumo deadlifts another, RDLs a third etc… :D
