This tweet was kinda vague but it got me thinking, what if we got an alternate pacifist ending to Minecraft how should it be? In my opinion I think It would be something that needs ingenuity instead of a fighting challenge you go out of the end island by building a bridge or flying machine you find a structure with unbreakable blocks go through hard challenges that require thinking but in the end you won’t find any treasure or regular end portal frames instead you need to craft blocks from a crafting table that was in there, and put them in unusual looking frames, the blocks would be unnamed to signify that you’re creating something new something you alone could make and name it you’d probably have the ability to make it into any color texture or shape you like then no matter what ingredient you could make only 12 if you go back and kill the dragon they disappear so you have to make to make a choice, it would be a nice and kinda poetic ending to Minecraft.

It’d be nice to have a pacifist ending, killing a dragon doesn’t really fit with the whole game but then again it’s not the true end

Plus giving the player a wider range of choices is the most Minecraft thing you could do.

One of my hot takes is that the End was one of the worst additions to Minecraft. That and the Elytra which comes with it.

Yeah, I agree with the elytra bit in that it’s frustrating you not really exploring the world but rather just skipping over everything. But at the same time I don’t use elytra when I play so I can’t really say I wish it never existed; there’s always the option to not use something but I wish they’d used the same development time to make something else.

I’m thinking more of the multiplayer aspect tbh. I ran a server once and banned elytra, and people whined about it a lot.

I think if other people like it a lot then it works for them, part of liking Minecraft for me is traveling but I don’t think everyone has that and just want to get one with building or finding a structure
