minus-square@givesomefuckslinkEnglish25•1 year agoThey were huge at multi day music festivals with camping, probably still are. You only got so much space for camping, so camping on your car saved space and helped make sure you got a breeze being higher up than everyone. Like a treefort.
I actually kinda like those things.
