How is vegan mozzza made? Caprese salad is one of my top favourite anytime anywhere foods.

Out of curiosity, how well would something like those melt on something like a pizza? Also, thanks for the links!
the oat milk one melts fine and the tapioca starch makes it stretch. I don’t really ever make it though because I didn’t like cheese before I went vegan.
