You are simply incorrect there. I think you need to read the essay I linked to. He seduces women sometimes to save the day, but he doesn’t have sex with them apart from a couple of times where it apparently was pretty damn necessary.
The essay I pasted quotes another one it references:
Nearly every instance of Captain James T. Kirk seducing an alien woman was not because he’s some randy alien shagger extraordinaire, but because he needed to distract the enemy of the given episode in order to save the Enterprise. In the same way we wouldn’t say a woman who uses her sexuality as a weapon (flirting with the villains to distract them and ultimately defeat them) is just some intergalactic bed hopper, neither is Kirk.
He wasn’t having sex with them because the censors wouldn’t allow that on TV. Lucille Ball wasn’t allowed to say she was pregnant just 6 years earlier. The implication was always that Kirk was a charismatic lady killer, Roddenberry just wasn’t allowed to say that out right in the 60’s.
He’s still sleeping with loads of women it’s not it a fault, he’s just an action hero Gene wanted young men to relate to. I’ve read the article, i just dint agree with it. Kirk is having sex in a lot of episodes, and he seems to enjoy it. It’s not a bad thing, and i think he is as progressive as a figure from from the time can be on women.
I think modern fandom tries too hard to create a logical cannon from old shows that never intended to really have one. A character’s background was whatever Roddenberry needed for that episode. Spock was the only main character that wasn’t horny all the time, and that’s ok. Kirk was married to the Enterprise, but he still enjoyed casual relationships with crew members, Star Fleet officers, and random women his adventures brought before him.
I am fine with the “Riker fucks everyone he meets” stuff, but the Kirk thing is just not true.

(The whole essay is really good, but that’s the specific part.)
There are LOADS of episodes where Kirk has to safe the day by fucking some woman, not just him running into an ex girlfriend.

Again, read the essay.
