If Vulcans are ascetic spiritualists who focus on mind and body in an intense meditative training, shouldn’t they be jacked as fuck like D Rock Johns? Imagine whole crews of these guys during pon farr.
Basing them off of human physiology, yes, but vulcans have denser muscle fibers or something because their physical strength and stamina are by default higher than humans. Leaves me to wonder if they even can get jacked
