This, and many others posted here look like they’re right out of Fallout.
This place alternates back and forth between Fallout weapons and Ghost in the Shell weapons and it’s great.
Is the graphic on the top right wrong? The only way for a round to end up in this position is if it wasn’t ejected properly

…and then presumably it would be carried hammer down on an empty chamber, as I doubt this this had any kind of modern transfer bar safety.

I think you’re right, pic at bottom shows clockwise, but not sure which way theyre looking
