I wanted this for my dog, but instead she chewed the toy into nothing but a scrap of cloth that eventually disappeared

Yeah this is totally fake. No self respecting dog let’s a stuffed toy survive for that long

We love that our dog just bites his toys without pulling on them, he hasn’t destroyed a single one of them in the 4 years he’s been with us! My previous dog was a Boston-Terrier and she managed to make a hole in a horse ball…

My dog does this too. She puts a hole in the toy (using surgical precision) to get the squeaker out, then carries it around with her and cuddles with it. We call them her babies.

My Shiba is the same. He goes through a stuffed toy in a few hours of pure bliss. We got him an indestructible silicone toy and he plays with it all the time, though, and it has held up for a few months now.

Awww… reminds me of my Husky, she really mellowed out in her elder years and I got a small stuffed brontosaurus toy from the shop. She treated it like a baby and would carry it around, and we’d make a game of hiding it and letting her find it.

    Rest in peace Hannah 🥲

I feel like your good boy and my girl could raise dinosaurs and lamb-chops together. They would be fantastic parents.
