This episode of DS9 was very fun to watch!
Nostalgia factor aside, the dialogue is brilliant.
“It was that really odd looking Klingon. The one drinking with the guy who has the melted face.”
Now that it’s in my mind I am realizing… Why could Odo just be himself and not raise suspicion but Worf had to have a bandana? He could have claimed to be some other alien which is what I assume Odo would have done.
To answer your question, Worf still looked like what most Klingons did. It’s just that at the time they were recovering from the effects of a virus that altered them.
