No one piece of information is going to change social norms like that. It takes a bunch of community and movement building. Distributing information is only part of the pelrocess

We voted to refurbish Arrowhead Stadium 20 years ago for 200 mill and now the Chiefs and Royals are trying to get the city and state to pony up billions for a new Royals Stadium. (Which I’ll be voting against.)
