    Fun fact Chess was under constant revision for a long period after its creation. After though people started gate keeping it and preventing changes. So who knows, maybe a better storyline existed or should of existed?

      A chess variant that provides a larger board (8x9) and adds another piece to the standard chess set: The Duke.

      The Duke can move 1, 2 or 3 spaces in any direction but is unable to capture in any adjacent space but can capture in the subsequent 2 or 3 spaces beyond that. The Duke may also jump over pieces to bypass them.

      The Duke starts at the King’s side, opposite the Queen.
