20 year marriage. She died in front of 3 of their children in the car when hit by a driver on meth.
The highs and lows he’s experienced in the last couple decades are pretty extreme. Heartbreaking.

Sheesh. First Budenholzer with the tragedy of his brother’s death, now Monty. Don’t know when he necessarily heard the news, but it makes total sense if he wasn’t totally focused during the playoffs.
