Because circumcision is widely considered acceptable in America, so it may cause male victims of genital mutilation to feel distress when seemingly only FGM is discussed in the mainstream.

It’s very predictable, because nobody is doing anything to address the problem. I’ve been making the same comment for years lol. I’ll make it again next year, I’m sure, when I remember that the US is as bad as African countries in terms of genital mutilation.

If I’m not mistaken, the FGM they’re referring to is cutting off their clitoris.
To compare to circumcision would mean just trimming the clitoral hood exposing the clitoris, not cutting it off.
I’m circumcised, they didn’t cut the entire tip off, I can still use the lil guy. Also, like the other dude said, women tend to be relieved to find out you’re circumcised.

I imagine being in tact would feel better because it’d be protected like it’s supposed to. I haven’t had any issues with the underwear, but I did recently find underwear down at the Walmart that has a separate compartment specifically for your junk. It’s an absolute game changer.
