      We dont give up because its hard, we do it because its hard.

      After almost 2 years of Crossfit, including some bad weeks, diet fails and illnesses at almost 40 a few weeks ago I managed to clean and jerk my bodyweight. Fucking proud of that.

    Me grabbing tacos and haha margarita mix and idk what else happened but I did climb for an hour! Ugh…

        Climbed for an hour before (messed up and didn’t eat all day) then slammed a couple tacos and half a pitcher of margaritas. Today has…been.

    I have been doin nothing (as in stopped workin out complety ) for 2 months and have seen not much lose. I think as long as you take enough walks or do something that burns calories gains are hard to loose . Just lay back enjoy it dude even if you lose some you can get it back faster than the privious time.
