It’s crazy that you can download every Trek series and movie from various illegal sites but there is no text to speech with Majel Barrett’s voice.

There was a project to make an assistant type voice, but seems to have stalled.
I hope this comes to fruition… officially, and not just some rando using AI cloning.
It’s certainly possible with voice cloning tech these days, whether or not it already exists or would be good enough, I’m not sure.
That’s the crazy thing. It’s definitely possible. The only thing stopping it is copyright. Yet there are thousands of trek copyrighted movies and shows that can be downloaded.
Geordi changed it to Leah Brahms’ voice for a while, but he kept humping that table in engineering.

Bring it on. He had a great computer voice. Soothing and firm.
He’s done a shit-ton of video game VO, including Crash Bandicoot, Wolfenstein, Fallout, and Mass Effect.
I love the episode of Voyager where the Doctor gives himself dreams, and at one point while dreaming the computer snarkily is like “Time’s running out, Doctor. Get moving!”
