Soft, but thankfully heated. With as bulky as the filling was, soft was probably needed although a hard inner and soft outer would have been GOAT.
Like an aging metal fan: the soul is dark and fed on snacks.

Oh my goodness I have no idea what was in the sauce. It was thick and savory. Like a horseradish sauce but without the bite. I believe I detected some sliced purple cabbage.
I have the luck/unluck of going back to that area next week, so I’ll go back to the restaurant and get some proper details!
