They’ll just have to set up a new group to the right of the ID, just as the ID was set up as a fascist-dogwhistling (“identitarian”) group to the right of the ECR, which was set up as a more robustly right-wing alternative to the centre-right EPP. Maybe they can call it Honour And Purity or something similarly fashy.
