It’s been 3 years since I quit problem drinking, but I don’t think I ever thought about not finishing a beer.

Right? If you stop to think that you can’t finish it, then you probably don’t have a problem. A problem is when you still have 12 beers left and you’re worried you’ll run out before 2 am and be stuck without beer.
It depends on how big the mug is

Ok, with the joke out of the way, it’s pretty tasty. I’ve had it made with everything from cheap Mexican beer to milk stout and it’s always pretty great.
My favorite is Shiner beer bread made into a grown up grilled cheese with tomato soup.
