I have a feeling this last season of Discovery crashing and burning may have changed their minds on that.

Did season 5 crash and burn? Last I heard it was hitting Nielsen’s top ten streaming list. Seems pretty good for a show that was on its way out.
Villain, damn. I mean awesome because it’s Paul Giamatti, but I was hoping he’d be a member of Starfleet. I could see him as a Chief O’Brien/Jett Reno mashup.
You know I could see him being a hard ass captain. It would really be a shame for him to be relegated to bad guy, that being said he would probably make it the bad guy you love to hate.
