It is more than a smidge different when you consider Russia was supposed to be the #2 military in the world when this whole conflict started. Now they require the assistance of a pariah state.

I think you’ll find Russia and China have a different opinion on what “pariah state” means.

I’d just honestly be “concerned” the shells would ruin more guns than they can afford to lose.

Now they just have to figure out how to grow it, disperse it, and provide shelter and jobs for 20 million brainwashed uneducated drones then they’ll be on their way to their own country soon!

Unfortunately even if they could figure that all out. They probably don’t have enougharable land to feed everyone. Maybe with enough ag chemical, maybe not. Before WWII the North half of Korea was more the manufactured side and the south was the ag side. Right after WWII the North was better off with a greater GDP. The US destroyed more less all of the manufacturing facilities of the North during the Korean war, this along with the Juche(extreme self reliants and isolationism) only made everything worse.

Yeah there is a lot more detail but no essays today.

Hes, but how many of those shells were usable? Cause I seem to recall a big hullabaloo over how many of them were poorly made paperweights that were more dangerous to the russians handling them than anyone else?
