    Why shouldn’t they? Nose and toes do rhyme.

    It’s possible there’s some accent I can’t immediately think of where they don’t, but all of the accents which come to mind use the same sound in both cases

        It’s a good, solid rhyme. It’s just used way too often in children’s media.

    Erroneously

    For Moses
    He knowses
    His toeses
    Aren’t roses
    As Moses
    supposes
    His toeses
    To be!

    The first example that my brain came up with was definitely Popsicle Toes, and not any children’s song :P
