When is it ok to eject the warp core?
Warp cores should be stocked like photon torpedoes. At least until enough mycelium can be cultivated.
An exploding core is what downed the D, so Freeman wins this round.
Honestly, as often as warp cores fail to eject when needed, regular ejections could help ensure they’ll work as expected.
