He can undecide. That’s how decisions about future events work. It’s not like there was even a point in time where the public message from Biden wasn’t “I’ve decided, I’m staying in”.

I tolerated joe “nothing will fundamentally change” biden for 1 term, and expected him to step aside and (my words) “show the world what a vibrant 2024 d(D)emocratic process looks like for a nominee that makes the choice between between Republicans and Democrats as clear and night and day - after all, the stakes for america and the world could not be greater, right?!”

Its an interesting rhetorical approach on her part, to put his “decision” back on the table is effectively to reject Biden’s assertion that he’s still in this.
