it doesn’t look like german pancakes either,
those are more like a middleground between creppe and american pancakes.it kinda reminds me of kaiserschmarrn if you don’t Scramble it,
but thats an Austrian recipe.
Looks like it could have baked just a little bit longer, but it still looks good. I’m gonna have to go make one now too.
I like them with a spritz of lemon juice and powdered sugar. A little lemon zest in the batter is nice too.
