I looked it and it appears Hot Wheels has been releasing gold variant Batmobiles for a few years now. Looks like there at least 5 or 6 of them, each from a different version of Batman

This is just how hot wheels works they reuse a casting and do a run each year in a different combination of colours and wheels. The licensed stuff tends to have fewer variations but I have batmobiles not in canonical colourways.

I have no kids to buy this for, but I will say I pulled all 3 of these to the front, so other people can see them, and buy them for their kids.

I will never get why toy manufacturers make puppets in weird colors or costumes. I have a Batman with a very cool set of retractable bat wings in black. But the figurine wears a silver suite for some inane reason.

My Ninja Turtles collection was worse. I couldn’t get all of them at once but bought them over the years and they got crazier and crazier.

My Leonardo was the standard Leonardo doll with belt, swords and multiple weapons. Great for playing.

Michaelangelo already had a stiff arm you could wind up so that he would spin his nunchuks around. That quickly got boring and it was hard to wrestle his other limbs into the position you wanted. And he couldn’t really use any vehicles because of the arm.

Raphael came in a fucking magicians costume and he could pull a rabbit from his hat. And he had some magically appearing flowers. No sais or any other weapons.

At first I was happy with my Donatello. At least he looked normal, had some bos on his back. But they were glued on. And he had a spring mechanism in his legs to make him flip sideways. The bos were needed for stability. He was slightly larger than the others and never fit anywhere.
