The way it launches off the shelf, bounces gingerly off of Worf’s back, then bounces to rest really helps convey how back-breakingly heavy it was. As to why it screamed, “Look Out” in a woman’s voice is a mystery the writers kept to themselves.
My head canon is that Worf was so damn strong he just reflected it.
