      Hopefully most “sign” of mental illness in this scenario is lowkey because it’s not due to a mental illness.

      It can be from anxiety or just being very introverted. Which can be hard to deal with but still somewhat lowkey to a mental illness.

    Fun fact: in The Sims 3 you can give your sim the “insane” trait, allowing them to talk to themselves and fulfill both the “fun” and “social” needs bars.

    In my experience it’s not nearly as effective irl… :(

      It will never fill the social bar irl but for some it can fill the fun bar.

      Largely depend on your level of anxiety and creativity.

    Very relatable. I’ll notice it when see my hands in front of me gesturing emphatically to an imaginary conversation I didn’t really fully realise I was having.
