A post on Truth Social by Trump, posted on September 22, 2024, said: "A long time ago, Oprah Winfrey asked me to do her last Network Television Show.

"The final week of her show was a big deal, and it was my honor, with my family, to do it.

“When I watched her interview yesterday with a woman who is destroying, through her complete and total incompetence, America, I couldn’t help but think this isn’t the real Oprah, this isn’t a person that wants millions of people, from prisons and mental institutions, and terrorists.”

While Trump has been on Oprah, he was not on the show during her final week as multiple reports at the time show.

I really can not understand how the polls are this close again.

Because people don’t watch the news. They just hear Trump is strong and Kamala is weak from their uncle who reads Facebook.

It is truly fucking mind boggling. Every single thing he says is a lie. Every single thing Vance says is a lie. Vance told a reporter that he’s willing to make up stories. The ties to racists, sexists, homophobes, xenophobes, straight up fucking Nazis and white supremacists. The felonies. The E. Jean Carroll rape. The fraud. The ties to Epstein. Project 2025 has a 4% favorable rating. Taking money from foreign governments. The list is damn near endless and could probably fill an encyclopedia, and somehow the polls have them essentially tied? It makes zero fucking sense.

He can be bought, and that’s literally the only thing that some people care about. Those same people are in a position to allow his lies to come across sounding like truths.

What’s even more unbelievable is that the weirdo has a shot at getting the codes again, despite his mental decline being painfully obvious.

If we’re talking about Trump’s lies and weapons aside from the illegal storage and possible sale of confidential military documents just a reminder the first impeachment was because he lied about threatening Zelenskyy that he would withhold congressionally approved military support if Zelenskyy didn’t provide dirt on political opponents to unlawfully influence the US elections. The phone records and Mueller report were released and he was impeached but there were no consequences because McConnell and the Republican senators would not hold him accountable for his crimes.

“So whether it’s a turkey burger or a very serious subject, there’s nobody that does it better than Oprah.”

Hol’ up… I think I have that recipe in my grandmothers cookbook.

I must admit, I do share his hatred of turkey burgers. My mom used to give them to me almost every night for dinner for a while and refused to give me regular beef burgers ever.

Probably contributed to my not eating meat as an adult. But I especially hate turkey burgers.

So I guess I agree with Donald Trump on something.

Nope. If you like it, eat it. I don’t mind the taste, but the smell while it’s cooking is very off putting. I’ve often wondered if it’s a genetic thing, like how some people can smell asparagus pee.

I found this out many years ago in an amusing way. My coworker’s boyfriend claimed asparagus didn’t make his pee smell. They both ate asparagus and smelled eachother’s pee. He couldn’t smell it in either. She could smell it in both.

My favorite bit is the reasoning. Nobody would guess it if they didn’t know, and nobody’d believe it without explanation but once you know you can’t forget it even while having a panic attack. They needed something you can remember when you and everyone you love is about to die and they succeeded.

He didn’t reeeally have the codes. His secret service detail had a sealed envelope, or something to give to him, in case it was needed. There’s no way he just HAD the codes.
