I don’t know, I was just being a dick, but from what I could find on google there’s a room that’s covered in some white stuff. But it could just be Ectoplasm from a spooky ghost.
I don’t question Silent Hill. Maybe it was just a visual choice or maybe it has some sort of deeper significance. Things in the game are meant to be surreal, many things don’t make sense.
This just seems like something the game grumps would have inspired.
