    Meg Wyllie.

Her filmography goes from 1952 (Mr. Peepers) to 1995 (Mad About You).

It’s funny how her unnamed parts are billed as Woman and Lady until two years after The Cage, from when she’s billed as Granny or Elderly Lady.

And, Picard, if you’re doing Yep, They Were In Star Trek memes, there’s a second connection between Star Trek and The Last Starfighter; Barbera Bosson.

Edit: Scratch my last, there’s like TEN connections between Star Trek and The Last Starfighter, including Wil Weaton. Holy moly.

The only reason I knew Wheaton was in that movie was because of an interview where he said he gets a few bucks in residuals because all his speaking parts were cut.

“Shut up, Weasley.” dates back further than we thought.

Both characters ended up helping the main characters out. Granny knew Maggie would never be happy unless she went with Alex. And while what the Talos did to Pike was bad (but them trying to survive) their offer to him in his time of need was sort of a redemption.
