Really I worked a project once that just had post-its stuck to the wall. It worked as well as Jira does.
Used a physical board in my last job before COVID
Can’t really do stand up when none of you are in the office to move the cards
that’s what the robot arm with the suction cup on it is for
Gotta set up a remotely operated robot to move the post its
The secret here is to come up with a business case that shows management what an incredible ROI they should expect from this initiative.
Then you get to play with robots for a few months instead of actually working!
Plus it’s a lot more satisfying to move a physical object than to change status on a drop-down menu

Depends, sometimes we also had a guy with a notepad. He kept track of everyone on the team.
