Year ago local restaurant was raided for dealing weed. Not exactly for selling it there the owner was just also running this restaurant.
Whole family was in it so newspaper run story “Even granny watered the plants”
Pfff; I come from a family of growers and we don’t make granny water the plants.

Recently in Dusseldorf a pizza place was raided by the police. You could just order pizza from them, but if you put in a special order you would get cocaine. The whole thing was just a front for dealing drugs, but they were pretty successful as a pizza joint.
There was a local pizza place I swear was a front given its weird hours and decent prices. Best greek pizza ever, I was so sad when it shuttered unexpectedly.
I didn’t know greek pizza existed
Depends on the place, but its generally a white pizza with mozzarella, feta, olives, onions, diced tomatoes, and spinach. Garlic also, but that’s in the sauce generally.
Boston thing
Mountain Dew was invented as a mixer for moonshine, but these days it’s mostly drunk straight.

The last time we spoke he seemed to really enjoy it.I actually agree with Charlie. OJ is only a mixer. When I do drink it I much prefer to water it down.
I prefer to vodka it down.
I’m convinced that a lot of the Chinese takeaways in the UK are used for money laundering. Like 90% of the takeaways you go to only accept cash. I get they probably want to avoid a bit of tax on their earnings, but to completely exclude card sales and potentially lose out on that business really makes me think they are up to more.
That’s true for every business that doesn’t have a tangible reason for not taking plastic.
In Germany they introduced somewhat tamper proof cashier machines and you are legally required to at least offer the receipt. That follows the same off the books problem and can change something as it applies to all forms of payment.
Jesse, we need to cook!
