Trump’s narcissism knows no bounds.

It’s no secret that Donald Trump is a big fan of himself. Countless mental health professionals, and even fellow Republicans, have diagnosed the former president as a raging narcissist. But new photos that have been circulating on social media probably demonstrate Trump’s narcissism in the most direct way possible. Trump’s iPhone wallpaper is just a photo of himself.

For context, the photo is from the height of Trump’s family separation policy for migrants, which forcibly separated children from their parents at the border, placing them in the same kind of camps Trump has sworn to bring back. When the photo was taken, Trump’s lawyers at the U.S. Department of Justice had just argued in court that the U.S. government had no responsibility to provide kids in custody with soap or toothpaste. They also argued that it was unnecessary to give migrants beds or cots while they slept on the ground in overcrowded government-run cages. You know, the good old days of Trump.

    Embarrassing for Don but unsurprising.

Now, that there are other people in the millions who would also put Don on their phones, walls, and shrines is beyond embarrassing for the USA.

This is not surprising, but funny because it’s so on brand as to make you go “of course that’s his wallpaper. Of course.”

I asked my SO what she thought his wallpaper might be. First answer: himself.

That’s just so he remembers it’s his phone. “Hey, that’s me, pointing at me!”

Why is his smile so off-putting? Is this the first time I’ve actually seen it?

How do we know that’s his phone and not one belonging to one of those youtubers on the plane?

There’s another photo of him with Sen. Eric Schmitt of Missouri on a flight, and his phone is on the table there, too. That photo is more recent: it’s from October 5 of this year.

      From the article:

If you zoom in on the phone at the table you can see Trump has that wallpaper of himself pointing at the camera. It’s much more difficult to see than the images going viral this week on social media, but it’s definitely the same wallpaper.
