    Not really. If Trump wins and returns the favors Musk has done, Musk benefits enormously. If Harris wins, for Musk things largely remain status quo based on previous democratic administrations. Hundreds of millions in cash don’t mean much to him one way or the other.

      (He’s done the math. Trump’s tax plan would cost him less than his “donations”. he’s as bad as Kenneth Griffin.)

    Some people dont know how many millions go to a billion, and it shows. This is not a high bet for someone who is worth almost 180 270 billion.

    If my maths are right this should be similar to the average american spending less than $500

    (Based on the american average net worth to be 1m and Elons net worth 270bil)

    When you compare your worth to people who are twice as rich as you or even 10 times as rich as you, and imagine how much more they can afford and how easy life must be with 10 times more money, then consider that Elon is 270.000 times richer than you, the average american…

      That article says the median is $192k. That’s probably a more realistic number to use than the mean of $1M.

    Well, there’s no downside to it for him, is there? If trump wins, he gets all sorts of goodies; and he knows that Harris will continue to try to be fair, so he won’t suffer if she wins.
