    I thought you’re supposed to lift with your legs.

      It’s a compound lift, so its mainly glutes and hamstings, but also back and core. But yeah, her form is pretty bad. The bar should be against her legs, her back should be straighter and her butt lower.

    Not only is the form bad but her torso is way too long. Legs too.
