Maybe they should focus on the tax exempt status of some “churches” that had their fingers too deep into politics this year.
It’s too late for that. We’re creeping closer to Christian rule by tyranny
…why? Like why would someone want that? What the fuck is the point of getting rid of nonprofits?
Privatize education. Get stock in some for-profits your shit friends own like devos, declare everyone else terrorist or on your watch listz watch “woke” chaos, award your new for profits gov contracts. And that’s just education.
Planned parenthood? Immigrant support orgs? The “wrong” religious orgs(while you conveniently get kick backs from those allowed to be in favor)…
It’s not that hard to solve the equation here, it’s simple corruption, destruction of opposition targets, retribution, and delivering your masses the lion matinee they voted for. Like every authoritarian ever.
Obviously to target those that are politically inconvenient to you. Or perhaps as a favor / quid pro quo for one of your rich buddies. Or maybe as revenge for pissing him off. You could pretty much guarantee these scenarios if Trump had this ability. And honestly he doesn’t even need to care about any of it, he just needs some conservative think tank to give him a hit list.
For now
Why bother? Majority of Americans asked for Trump. You guys literally asked for this.
Way to completely disregard the more than 72 million people who voted against him
268 million people either voted for him or didn’t care if he was your next president. I’m sorry to say you guys literally asked for this. 72 million is a minority.
Just dripping with empathy
I’ve always suspected Vader fans to be fascists.
~75M people out of ~340M asked for this. That’s like 22% of the population. The rest of us absolutely did not ask for this.
They did by not fucking voting.
The country did vote for it though.
Only those 75ish million. No more, no less.
Although it’s also worth noting that not everyone who voted for Trump supports everything he does. In fact I suspect most don’t, but they’ve been fooled into thinking his “business acumen” will make their lives materially better.
He lies all the time so they don’t actually have any idea what he’s going to do. The sad thing is they know that and voted for him anyway.
75 million people decided they wanted this, a bit less than that decided they didn’t, and the remainder decided they did not care enough about their country to give their opinion either way
I’d buy this in 2016 but not 2024. There is literally no excuse.
