I’ve heard Japanese people think this way of people who drink milk.
I wish I could find the quote from Post Brothers Comics where one of the characters melts a jar of mayonnaise in the microwave and then offers it to his guest as a drink, ever the kindly host.

Pizza Hut Japan has the Idaho Special: bacon, corn, mayonnaise, cheese and potato. It’s honestly quite good.
