Summary

Ex-Kansas City detective Roger Golubski, accused of decades-long sexual abuse and civil rights violations against Black women, was found dead from an apparent suicide on the day his federal civil rights trial was to begin.

Golubski, 71, faced charges of exploiting women for sex, framing individuals, and running a sex trafficking ring.

His death ends the trial but leaves activists, victims, and community members demanding justice and accountability.

The Kansas City Police Department faces increased scrutiny amid allegations of systemic corruption and abuse tied to Golubski’s tenure.

All he had to do was wait until January 20 and see if he could get a pardon and a job in the Trump administration.

Every single cop in Blobsky’s department is suspect. I find it highly unlikely that he spent decades raping people and planting evidence without his fellow pigs knowing about at least some of it.
