I threw my back out putting on a button up shirt once. I wasn’t even old yet.
When I turned 30, I sneezed and felt a pop on my back and my right leg went pins and needles until I got back surgery. That ended up being a fairly expensive sneeze.
My most embarrassing one was throwing my back out yawning. It was a hell of a yawn.
Yay! Early retirement at 40! … but I fought a Grand Cherokee and a Montero on a bicycle and sent both to the crusher… I hear what one might call rhythm and grind from taking a deep breath, coughing, or sneezing, and cannot turn my head hard left. Apparently my spinal xrays look like I’m in my 80’s as I’ve had a tech randomly come verify there was not a mix up and tell me so.
