I sure hope so
It might be a little less sad when it dies. Although I thought the whole ant part of the plot is stupid because ants are not tiny dogs.
I was more concerned about there being a scorpion in their backyard.
According to this, the house is near Beverly Hills, CA. So that’s actually possible.
Yeah I looked it up just as I was posting this and found that’s it’s entirely plausible through a large portion of the US. Good thing I didn’t see that map when I was a kid or I’d be wearing snake boots everywhere outside
